Purchased, negotiated and sold the former Pine Lakes Golf and Country Club to Ross Perot owned Hillwood Development, who constructed the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Blount County. This transaction included a complex negotiation with the Tennessee Department of Transportation as they needed a portion of the Pine Lakes property for the construction of a major bypass road currently being constructed. Brookstone Group served as the primary negotiator in both transactions and was able to secure a very favorable return for its members and investors.
